The hotel was very beautiful and located in a cool old building on the Mississippi. River. The beds were comfortable and the showers were spacious. Everything seemed very safe and clean. The towels were soft and the beds and pillows were very nice.
We had to wait a while at the front desk for someone to come check us in. In the morning they were out of coffee in the lobby. There were some large cobwebs in the rafters of our room along the wall. The Chromecast on the TV cut out a few times.

This is an incredible place! All of the staff at the hotel were extra kind and helpful. They made our stay really special. The architecture of the building is beautiful and its location on the river is spectacular.
The food at the beautiful hotel restaurant was good, but we expected it to match the quality of the rest of the hotel experience. That said, the servers are wonderful and we would eat there again.

Very new, clean, beautiful view and nicely decorated. Great location for us when we visit our family.
Front desk staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping all were poorly trained. Our Front desk staff told us manager would contact us about the price we were charged vs what booking.com email said we were supposed to be charged ($70 more) manager never did. Tried to make breakfast reservations 3 times all were canceled we were told we could only order room service. Online presence needs a lot of work both on booking.com and OpenTable. Housekeeping never cleared our room on the second night I had to call to call the front desk.
