The house is very spacious and can accommodate a large family or a large group of friends, it has everything you need to feel like at home.
The house felt a bit neglected compared to our first visit in 2024. The ensuite bathroom could do with an upgrade and some fresh tiles to replace the old, cracked ones.

The communication was excellent. We received all the check-in details on the day of arrival, along with a separate message offering early check-in, which we really appreciated. On the day of check-out, we were also offered a later check-out if needed. When the power went out, we were immediately informed about the outage — that was very reassuring. The shower stayed hot even with no power the next morning, which was great. The extra ice in the freezer was a thoughtful touch.
The kitchen and bedroom being in separate buildings was a minor inconvenience, as we didn’t realise beforehand that we would need to go outside to move between them, even though they are next to each other. The kitchen was missing a few basics — there was only one sharp knife and no bread knife, no sugar, only one rooibos tea bag and one Five Roses tea bag, and while there were salt, pepper, and spice containers, they were empty. The building could also use some maintenance and fresh paint.
