הדירה נמצאת בבניין משופץ ברמה גבוהה, בעיצוב מודרני ונעים. החדרים נוחים ומרווחים, ויש מכונת כביסה שהייתה בונוס שימושי במיוחד. המקום היה נקי בצורה מופתי – באמת מעל ומעבר. החניה הפרטית נוחה מאוד, והבעלים היה קשוב ותגובתי לכל שאלה או בקשה. גם המיקום טוב – באמצע הדרך בין החוף השוקק של וולוס לבין העיירות הציוריות בהרים, כך שקל לצאת לטיולים לשני הכיוונים.
הדירה צמודה לכביש, ולכן מי שישן על הספה בסלון עשוי לשמוע רעש מבחוץ. ה-Wi-Fi כמעט ולא תפקד לאורך כל השהות, ולמרות ניסיונות הבעלים לשפר את המצב – לא הרגשנו שיפור משמעותי. בנוסף, היו מעט מדי מתלים בחדר האמבטיה, דבר שפחות נוח למשפחה.
