Everything: location, the space in the apartment, design, facilities (including 1 AC in every room), practical furniture, 2 balconies
The only thing to be remmedied was the shower drainage that did not work properly so, after each shower it took 10 min for the water to drain completely. It was not o big thing and didn't create us any discomfort.
