The Coach House

The property is amazing, and is so cosy, it’s a cosy little house, and has no stairs in there to go up which is perfect if you’ve got a lot of shopping or have back pain issues like myself. I also loved the electric heating which was really convenient and super easy to use.

What I didn’t like was the bathroom that much, as it was quite small, and the walk in shower was also small, not enough room. Also, there was no bath, which I would have preferred. If the bathroom was a lot more bigger and bigger shower that would also have a bath there, it would have been excellent for me! But that’s just my opinion, apart from that, I’m very happy with the property and wish I could live there as a permanent address(yes it’s that cosy) :)

The whole place was beautiful. Clean, tidy, had everything we needed. One morning we did have the smallest of issues where the kettle decided it didn't want to work anymore so we called the hosts. There was a new one delivered within half an hour. The location was great, we like to visit Amroth, Saundersfoot, Narberth, Tenby town and Kilgetty. We never find the perfect place in terms of being centralised but this was - longest commute by car was 15 minutes. Tea room directly opposite, pub 5 minutes walk down the road and a shop 10 minutes walk or 1 minute by car for essentials. The weather was glorious which allowed us to sit outside one night with a drink and a takeaway and it was silent. We didn't get to use the facilities (pool, sauna, table tennis & crazy golf) due to time however, we did go and look at them and we were hugely impressed. We definitely want to come back next year!

Having to go home

Not far away from anywhere just a few minutes drive very good property aswell everything you need for a weeks stay 😀

Self catering. Location was central to attractions. Decorated tastefully, great character. I would stay again, but would be more prepared next time with what to expect, with no secure garden. Great that dogs are allowed though.

No secure garden area for dogs; and very fast road, directly outside bedroom window. (Not even pavement to walk on , just a tiny grass banking) double glazing didn’t cut road noise out. Listing suggested whole building, but was just ground floor, and upstairs guests were very noisy when walking/stomping on floor. Cooker was very complicated to use, and a very thin bed throw, rather than a thick duvet. Found a duvet in drawer beneath bed, but only after two nights of being cold. (Would have been handy to have been made aware of the warmer alternative)
