The Coach House

The accommodation was really nice, clean and comfy. In a great location with parking available. The welsh cakes were delicious! Plenty of space, tho the shower is on the snaller side. cooking facilities were available including pots pans plates etc. Really lovely bedding

We were unable to use the pool facility as the owners would not provide us with the necessary waiver to access the building. We phoned, messaged and emailed and did not get a response. We contacted skyes cottages and booking.com neither if which were able to get in contact with them. The lack of communication was very disappointing, especially as it meant we couldn't use the pool. They also only provided 1 toilet roll for 2 people for a week. When leaving the property the owners were sat outside from 45 minutes before we had to be out. This made us feel very pressured and uncomfortable, especially as they didn't seem happy to see us and made no effort to talk to us or check how our stay was. We didn't make an effort to talk to them given their unwillingness to be contacted during our stay.

The property is amazing, and is so cosy, it’s a cosy little house, and has no stairs in there to go up which is perfect if you’ve got a lot of shopping or have back pain issues like myself. I also loved the electric heating which was really convenient and super easy to use.

What I didn’t like was the bathroom that much, as it was quite small, and the walk in shower was also small, not enough room. Also, there was no bath, which I would have preferred. If the bathroom was a lot more bigger and bigger shower that would also have a bath there, it would have been excellent for me! But that’s just my opinion, apart from that, I’m very happy with the property and wish I could live there as a permanent address(yes it’s that cosy) :)

The whole place was beautiful. Clean, tidy, had everything we needed. One morning we did have the smallest of issues where the kettle decided it didn't want to work anymore so we called the hosts. There was a new one delivered within half an hour. The location was great, we like to visit Amroth, Saundersfoot, Narberth, Tenby town and Kilgetty. We never find the perfect place in terms of being centralised but this was - longest commute by car was 15 minutes. Tea room directly opposite, pub 5 minutes walk down the road and a shop 10 minutes walk or 1 minute by car for essentials. The weather was glorious which allowed us to sit outside one night with a drink and a takeaway and it was silent. We didn't get to use the facilities (pool, sauna, table tennis & crazy golf) due to time however, we did go and look at them and we were hugely impressed. We definitely want to come back next year!
