Très bel appartement à 2 pas du Théâtre Sébastopol

Amazing location, just a few minutes from the city center, restaurants, and only about a 5-minute walk from the Sébastopol Theatre. The apartment is comfortable and can easily accommodate up to five people, although I think it's ideal for two or three. There are two fans, but it can get quite warm during the summer if you're sleeping in the upstairs mezzanine area! That said, air conditioning isn't very common in France, so this is something you'll likely encounter in many Airbnb accommodations. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, oven, and kettle. There's also a bar table for two in front of the TV, which is perfect for a relaxed breakfast or dinner before heading out again. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper. The apartment is also easy to reach from the train station, about a 20–25 minute walk away.

The only minor issue was that the floor wasn't perfectly clean, although this may have been due to the window being left open, as the rest of the apartment was spotless. Overall, everything was great.
