It would be a long list so let's start with our host Michele, who was genuinely lovely. We arrived an hour later than planned and were still greeted warmly. The whole building is gorgeous and spotless in an excellent location. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and an amazing shower. The next morning we used our vouchers to get breakfast at the coffee shop (this is very normal in Italy so don't be surprised)
