There wasn’t any instructions on how to use the facilities. And I thought there was a lack of storage available.

The balcony, magic!
Having to pay a deposit of €500 is one thing (not really acceptable but we chose this place in lack of others due to Tour de France coming up making accommodation quite booked), but having to pay €25 to pay the deposit, that is not nice. When booking using Booking you think you have all costs up front, not here. And then there is a photo request wizard. Luckily the wizard did not work for me, hope all is good from check-out anyways.
