Located on the first floor of a building without elevator, this cozy apartment offers a pleasant living space of 47 m². With its chalet atmosphere, this apartment comprises :
- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a lovely balcony with mountain views,
- bedroom with double bed,
- a sleeping area with bunk beds,
- bathroom with shower,
- well-equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher),
- washing machine and TV.
Please note that there are 3 flights of stairs to access the property.

Located in the Vieil Alpe district, close to the ski lifts and a 10 min walk from the swimming pool and the ice rink, you will be in the best place to enjoy the famous winter sports resort of the Alps. All the shops, including ski rental and equipment shops, are within easy reach of the flat, as well as the cinema and many bars and restaurants; don't hesitate to try the wood-fired La Crémaillère restaurants just opposite your residence. Many of the ski slopes and gondolas are within walking distance, but you can also easily get around the town and to the other gondolas with the free bus network. Finally, in summer, you will also find many activities in the resort: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...
