Bom lugar para ficar se você quiser ir ao parque, mas não é perto de comércios e restaurantes.
Tudo organizado, limpo e arrumado. Facilidade de uso e bem próximo ao parque das aguas.
O chuveiro, precisa de limpeza ou ser trocado. O condomínio não tem nada perto, mas tem uma piscina, um mini mercado e um restaurante com comida à quilo. Para quem não fica no térreo pode ser um problema estar com crianças ou idosos, pois não tem elevador.
