Ficamos pouquíssimo e por isso não tivemos tempo de aproveitar nem 24h, já que nossa filha mais nova ficou doente.

NÃO ALUGUEM ESSE FLAT!

O condomínio é bom para crianças e para quem quer descansar. Tem atividade o tempo todo para criança.

Simplesmente o micro-ondas não estava funcionando e tínhamos feito muitas comprar congeladas como lasanha, etc, para almoçar porque levei em consideração os comentarios daqui. Comuniquei imediatamente ao dono e simplesmente ele não fez questão de resolver o problema, E NÃO RESOLVEU . Não foi lá resolver minha situação o que me fez gastar além do esperado com mais comida, tínhamos uma criança e nada é perto, não tem como você comprar nada a pé. Ficou falando que ia acionar a manutenção, ninguém apareceu. Depois falou que ia comprar outro micro-ondas e simplesmente nem deu as caras. E ainda falou que ele não tinha culpa! ALUGUEM OUTRO FLAT SEM SER ESSE! TEM BASTANTE FLAT ALUGANDO POR LÁ. Outra coisa, FLAT mal iluminado, muitas lâmpadas queimadas, banheiro fedendo a esgoto, chuveiro fraco e com pouquíssima vazão de água, quando você liga o chuveiro a luz toda da casa cai, quadro de luz todo derretido com marcas de queimado. O sofá cama da sala não é nada confortável, todo duro, e dá época que inauguraram o condomínio, sem condicoes de dormir na sala. A TV não funcionou direito, a imagem estava toda chuviscada.

Gostei da proposta da piscina, parquinho infantil,brinquedoteca. Apartamento bem equipado,porém sem fogão. Tem Airfryer, cafeteira só de cápsula, utensílios.

O que não gostei, que você não pode comer na área( mesas) da piscina, você levando, mas comprando na lanchonete deles pode, pq é deles. E não tem área para comer, só dentro do apartamento, absurdo. Entrada da Brinquedoteca, muita teia de aranha e muitooooo matoooo. Sofá do apartamento(Sofá cama), não se pode dizer, só Sofá mesmo, todo quebrado ao abrir, cheio de buracos no sofá e todo quebrado, banheiro sem janela, com bastante lodo,porém bom espaço. Quarto bom tamanho, guarda roupa ótimo, cadeira poltrona, ar da sala e quarto gelou muito bem. Rede wifi local péssimo, em todos os espaços. O condomínio precisa de muita manutenção, e mais limpeza e acessibilidade.

Como a proposta era o parque, foi bom.

Da localização e o horário do checkout, pois proporcionou um banho antes de pegarmos estrada novamente depois do parque. O ponto mais positivo, foi o horário de saída, pois no Booking era a única acomodação que permitia a saída às 16:00h e por este motivo, fechei os olhos para a falta de manutenção no Flat. A hidromassagem é um ponto positivo no condomínio. O anfitrião respondeu rápido.

Apesar de ser atrás do parque, é preciso sair do condomínio para ter acesso ao parque e dependendo de sua mobilidade e da temperatura, fica impossível ir andando. No nosso caso, a melhor opção foi estacionar no parque. O apartamento é bem dividido, com a vista para piscina, mas falta uma boa manutenção. O microondas só funcionam os números da última fileira, mas conseguimos esquentar a lasanha. A geladeira precisa trocar a borracha de vedação, o chuveiro não é tão ruim, mas o registro está quebrado, então fizeram uma gambiarra no alto do cano. Só ascende uma luz no banheiro. Só tem uma televisão e fica no quarto e quanto aos utensílios de cozinha, não são novos. Senti falta de um coador de café, pois a acomodação tinha filtro de papel ( acredito que outro hóspede tenha deixado lá), tinha garrafa, mas não tinha o filtro. Uma sugestão para o anfitrião seria ter um galão de água, uma medida de pó de café e uma medida de açúcar como estratégia de recepção e gentileza. Um hóspede de outro apartamento me cedeu um pouco de pó, pois não tem mercado perto. O blindex do banheiro não foi limpo direito e encontrei uma barata no banco da cozinha. O cobre leito tb estava manchado e o teto da varanda está com infiltração. Quanto a área externa, o salão de jogos tem variedades de jogos de mesas, mas o salão tem muitos insetos e a mesa de ping pong está muito ruim.

Localização ótima! Do lado do parque, mas fica distante pra ir a pé. O condomínio proporcionou evento para a comemoração do Dia das crianças tb.

Chuveiro fraco, geladeira não vedava bem, o local não totalmente limpo.
