O lugar é silencioso, reservado e a acomodação está muito bem cuidada. As roupas de cama estavam limpas e todo o ambiente estava bem limpo.

O chuveiro do chalé vermelho pode ser melhor, pois estava muito frio e foi dfícil ter água quente. Os quartos estavam com cheiro forte de umidade, provavelmente por estarem fechados por um bom tempo. Mas abrimos a janela para o ar circular e o problema foi resolvido.

Localização 8/10. Casa nota 10 e área externa bonita com rede.

A vista poderia passar por manutenção, visto que em frente a janela do quarto cresceu uma bananeira que tampa toda a vista para as montanhas. Ladeira bem grande para chegar do centro para a acomodação.

Experiência excelente, lugar lindo e agradável.

Chalé extremamente aconchegando, limpo, minimamente pensado todos os detalhes. Excelente cama e travesseiros, banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro elétrico, ar condicionado ok. Além da copa que é uma graça. Possui controle de acesso via senha facilitando o acesso, localizado numa rua muito calma e tranquila.

Não é uma crítica, mas havia um pequeno vazamento de água no banheiro no qual o pano de chão que você pisa ao sair do banho estava enxarcado. Porém isso não atrapalhou em nada nada nada. Somente um ponto a ser ajustado.

Lugar muito bonito e muito bem cuidado.

Esteticamente o chalé, a piscina, a vista da cama, incríveis... um lugar prazeroso de estar. Muito bem cuidado. Os responsáveis pela limpeza e visualidade do local estão de parabéns.

Não há possibilidade de chegar cedo, antes do check in, e deixar mochila (ou mala) no chalé, pois recebemos o código de entrada por whatsapp e quando se entra no momento do check in a chave já está na porta. Não tive contato com ninguém do chalé, entrei e sai e não vi ninguém. Resumindo, se você chegar na cidade muito antes do seu check in, e não estiver de carro terá que ficar o tempo todo com mochila, bolsa ou mala, pois não tem nenhum lugar na hospedagem para você deixar se não for o horário de sua entrada.

Chalé maravilhoso, limpeza e organização impecáveis!

Ótima localização, pois fica bem pertinho do centro. Pessoal muito simpático, sempre a disposição. O chalé é uma graça, parece uma casinha de conto de fadas. Tudo muito bem pensado pro conforto dos hóspedes. Excelente!
