had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Kyoto. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with warm, attentive service that was both professional and personal. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly cozy. After long days exploring Kyoto, it felt like the perfect place to come back to and relax. My room was elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and feel completely at home.
I especially loved the blend of luxury and comfort throughout the property. Every detail from the quiet ambiance to the comfortable bedding and refined décor made the experience feel special without ever feeling overwhelming.
The location was also excellent for exploring Kyoto while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. Overall, my stay was memorable, relaxing, and truly exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and luxurious experience in Kyoto.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and amenities. Ate at 2 of the restaurants, Koyo and Ayatana which were both excellent as was the included breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again next time Kyoto.

This hotel is like a zen oasis in the middle of the City. The room was very comfortable and the staff attentive and responsive. Excellent Choice!
