The view is awesome and house is as advertised! We were attending a wedding at Blackberry Ridge and this was the perfect place (less than 5 min from venue entrance).As mentioned in the listing, there is another property onsite (the main house) that shares a driveway, but we didn't have any issues.

The cleanliness and the view were just we were looking for. Two 60 something years old friends getting away to catch up. The only suggestion we have is to clarify on the VRBO email, which time zone (eastern or central) for check in and check out. Overall, everything was very comfortable and we enjoyed it.

We stayed at the retreat in Flat Rock for my wife’s birthday. Happy to say the home and accommodations were amazing. Clean, comfy, well appointed with everything we needed. The view from the back deck was panoramic, tranquil and breathtaking. Enjoyed the fire pit during sundown and watching the sunrise over Lookout mountain. Visited Cloudland Canyon state park for hiking in Rising Fawn and a delicious dinner in nearby Mentone. Plenty more area attractions remain unexplored for our next trip. Host had everything perfectly prepared for our visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!
