Welcome to the Studio! A peaceful countryside retreat located just 25 minutes outside of downtown Greenville, SC and 7 minutes from the beautiful town of Greer, SC.

The Studio features an outdoor communal fire pit, 6 acres of land to explore that includes 3.5 acres of forest with trails and a fresh spring creek to sit by and take in the beauty. The interior features a large open suite with a vaulted ceiling, living area with 55” swivel Smart TV, 2 queen size beds, dining table, brand new kitchenette with quartz countertop, full bathroom and your own washer and dryer.
The home has been newly renovated and is specially designed for peace, rest, relaxation, and reconnecting with your loved ones.
INTERIOR:
When you enter you are greeted with one open room with a huge vaulted ceiling complete with:
- 2 queen beds
- Blackout blinds and bed lamps with bluetooth speaker
- Living area that has a couch and chair, coffee table and a 55” smart TV that swivels and is perfect for a cozy movie night
- Dining table with 4 chairs
- Medium size fridge with brita water jug
- Kitchenette that includes a quartz countertop, coffee bar with keurig single serve, hot plate, microwave, dishes, glassware, toaster, and cutlery.
BATHROOM:
- Bathroom includes towels and hand cloths, hair dryer and soaps.
- Laundry is located in the bathroom and includes a washer and dryer with soaps.
- Walk-in closet with a dresser, shelves and hanging rods.
EXTERIOR:
- Property: House is located on a 6 acre parcel off a private road. 2.5 acres are cleared with lawn area and 3.5 acres is forest with several walking trails and a small creek. There is plenty of parking available.
AREA ATTRACTIONS:
- Located minutes from downtown Greenville and all it has to offer!
- Hiking & Waterfalls: Plenty of good hiking trails & waterfalls nearby for all skill levels
- Blue Ridge Parkway: America's most scenic highway!
- Golf: Plenty of public golf options in the area including highly rated Willow Creek, Thornblade, and Pebble Creek.
- Peach Orchards: South Carolina is the largest peach producing state in the country. Fisher Orchard is only 10 minutes away!
GUEST ACCESS:
- Guests will have access to the whole house and its amenities including a trampoline, basketball and hockey net.
- House has smart locks for access. Unique code will be provided the day of arrival and a few hours before check-in.
- The Firepit patio is a communal location and shared space with family on property. Most of the time it's unoccupied and we try to leave guests to their privacy!
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Rates reflect a 15% discount when 7+ nights are selected, 20% discount when 14+ nights are selected and up to a 30% discount if booking for 30 days or more.
- Nightly rates vary depending on time of the year and day of the week, M-W is cheapest, F-S are highest.
- We ask that our guests keep it quiet for the neighbors that live in the area.
- Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed. $35 fee applies. Sorry, No cats allowed. A $500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized animals brought on to the property.
- We make every effort to have all service work done between guests, however in some cases various services may occur during your stay. These could include: service, landscaping, pest control, & garbage collection.
- We strive to have everything fully functional for every guest. Sometimes things break and we are unable to have things repaired or replaced in time for the next guest. No refunds or discounts will be given for one or more items not being functional. This includes appliances, grill, electronics, etc.
-We take every effort to control insects and bugs but this is the south and you may run into them throughout your stay. There will be no refunds if you come into contact with insects during your stay. Thank you for understanding.
-There is a small family dog on the property that is very friendly and he loves his morning and evening walks along the trails!
