LUXE 3 BR, 2 BA + Hot Tub

The place provided the rooms we needed and the function of a house for our stay; however, there were crumbs in the kitchen silverware drawer, showers had hair in them, etc. It wasn't a clean experience. Additionally, the neighbors were blasting music all night. I wouldn't return to this place.

Stayed for a night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends. Perfect place for teens with parental supervision. Plenty of outdoor seating and Hot tub was great and easy to use. Both Spacious and Cozy, making for wonderful memories.

We appreciated the prompt communication from the host. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. We found the place to be clean and comfortable, and loved being able to spend time outside in the yard and hot tub. We are happy we stayed in this rental for our Chicago visit.

We booked this location specifically to use the house for the fenced in larger yard for our two dogs. Unfortunately we couldn't use it because the grass was so high our medium sized dogs had to leap through like deer. If someone is going to partake in no mow May (don't know if that's actually what was going on here), that should be known. There were cigarettes in an ash tray on the deck when we arrived. Extra blankets would be great. The bedding was quite minimal. Unsure if the neighborhood was safe but next door lady was very kind. Met the bear minimum of what I've seen from an VRBO or anBNB.

Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely.

Nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the whole family. Liked being able to park our car in the attached garage. Using the hot tub in backyard was very enjoyable. Our host was very pleasant and quick to respond.

Host was great at communicating info and the space was clean.

I enjoyed my stay the host was easy to communicate with and accommodated me a lot. I would recommend.

The Host was wonderful on making sure my stay was great, he communicated and also worked with me. The house was nice and my family and I really felt welcomed and at home. I will definitely be booking again soon

The one bedroom smelled horrible of marijuana which then went throughout the house. It was so bad that the room could not be used two of the three nights we stayed and my daughter and her husband and baby went home due to the smell after driving for 6.5 hours. The host dropped off stuff for us to spray. The hot tub would not heat up when we stayed. After contacting the host she stated she was sorry and some people Don’t follow rules and offered a discount to stay again. We won’t stay again. When they cleaned it they would have smelled it and didn’t bother to take care of the smell. We also had no wash clothes and had to go buy them. There are many amazing places to stay in the Chicago area because we have stayed at many of them. This one is horrible. I do not recommend staying at this property.

Impressed with this property. It was extremely clean and the property managers were super communicative. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay, responding promptly. Detailed, informative and clear communication as well as a nice, clean home made for a wonderful stay.

The place was very clean and nice. It backed up to I294 but there was no noise from inside the house. We had to be out of our house in north Elmhurst for a week due to our hardwood floors being redone and this was a great place to stay.
