Downtown Punta Gorda is 7 miles away, Port Charlotte Beach is 3 miles down the road and local shopping is less than a mile away. Sun Seekers resort will be coming in Oct and is just 6 miles south on U.S 41. There are also several golf courses nearby for golf enthusiasts. Home has an outdoor seating area to relax and soak up the Florida sun, High speed wifi access for remote work and entertainment, fully equipped kitchenette for cooking.

The place was very clean, quiet neighborhood, and great communication with the host. The place was perfect for me and husband’s week stay.

It was ok. Pretty clean. No bugs etc. a bit small. No towel bars. No sheets on the bed. Stephen was very personable and good to communicate with. It’s fine for a place to sleep and grab a shower. Small
