Recently updated. Second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo in Port Charlotte FL. This condo is located in a 55-plus, friendly gated community; at least one guest must be 55 or older.
Great location. Close to many restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets and other popular amenities. It is only 7 miles from lovely, historic Punta Gorda and only 30 minutes from charming downtown Venice. For those who enjoy the beach, Englewood and Boca Grande Beaches are about a one-half hour's drive. Port Charlotte Beach is less than 10 minutes away.
This unit is located near one of the pools. There are three pools, including a screened-in pool. There are also picnic areas and barbecue grills, as well as shuffle boards and bocce courts. For those who enjoy a morning walk, there are lovely walking paths with beautiful gardens, as well as oak and fruit trees throughout the grounds. You can even walk along the canal located on the property.
Condo is comfortably furnished with all the necessities to make your stay enjoyable. Recently updated with new bathroom vanities and freshly painted. King-size bed in master bedroom. Queen-size bed in second bedroom. Queen-size sleep sofa in living room. Overhead fans in both bedrooms. TV is master bedroom. Sorry, no pets.
The Condo Association requires an application and credit check to be completed. There is a fee to the Condo Association in the amount of $150 to cover administrative costs.

The condo was exactly as pictured & stated on VRBO. It was extremely clean & very well supplied with everything you would need while on vacation. Its very close to all kinds of shopping & numerous restaurants of all kinds of foods. If you don't take advantage of all the fresh Seafood you missing out on a wonderful treat. But the best thing about the condo is the owner, Pauline is very friendly, outgoing, understanding & wonderful to work with. You couldn't ask for a better condo & owner!
