This beautiful 1- bedroom 1- bath condo has just been remodeled with style and taste. Private patio to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs to stay in for a home cooked meal. The complex has a Hot Tub, BBQ area, Weight Room, and Heated Pool during the winter months. If your traveling to enjoy all Scottsdale has to offer you cannot beat this location. 5 min walk to Old Town and just 10 minute drive to Spring Training, Golf, and much more!

Guests have the entire condo to themselves. There is no shared spaces. Guests will have access to community amenities which includes pool, hot tub, gym, and game room.
One assigned parking space for the unit and guest parking available.
Please note laundry is on site laundry which you will have access to throughout your stay.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age.
No loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in the unit or throughout the complex while using amenities. Please be respectful to neighbors throughout your stay.
No Smoking! Any signs of smoking will result in $1000 fine.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard
Upon successful booking you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that provides house rules as well as information about the space that you are renting. This is for the safety of all parties involved and to keep you up to date with check in information and any notices regarding the home.
All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

The condo was nicely updated, well decorated, with great location to nearby shopping or restaurants. It was also fairly close to the highway with easy access to Tempe, Mesa, and/or other parts of Scottsdale. Pretty quite complex with nice people, no safety concerns. Would book here again my next time in town.

This is a great location and a really nice place stay.
We had some miscommunication for chec in but owner immediately responded and got us all taken care of quickly.
