Everything is so walkable. Right across the street has two sports bars, an asian fusion restaurant, italian, barbecue, sprouts grocery store, TJ Maxx and more!
5-10 minute walk further you have all that Old Town has to offer and if you want to get in your car, you ca have some of the best dining there is within 5 minutes.

Everything was mostly clean, the place is a bit dated. But everything we needed was provided. The pool was closed which really made me mad, I would never have stayed there if I knew that. Only the hot tub was available. But pretty grounds, fantastic central location, great parking. A pretty good value overall.!

Jacob was a wonderful host!!! The condo was perfect for me, and my two sons, we attended spring training in Scottsdale. Clean property has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. Cannot rave enough about the heated pool, hot tub and clubhouse with billiards was fun for the kids; and everyone on the property was kind and fun. Location location location great experience I would revisit this property in a heartbeat.

Jacob’s place allowed me to visit my 102 year old mother and be comfortable while not with her. I was able to walk everywhere, including to mom’s facility, and only put 30 miles on a rental car in the week I was there. Next time I’ll just use Uber!! Wonderful place, Jacob. Thanks for the hospitality.

The inside is spacious with reasonable amenities in the kitchen. The back porch is just not really useable. Not attractive, no view and the whole complex looks in. The building is just old, beat up, dirty parking lot. Low income housing feel, but again, the inside was clean and comfortable. It is pretty close to old Town but not a great walk. Big intersections and strip malls, before you get there. The owner was responsive and helpful with questions. This property is, “it is what it is”. You need to save money, and want space and comfort and don’t care about the “low income housing” feel, then this property will work.
