The apartment was designed with digital nomads in mind and has a dedicated work space with a comfortable office chair and USB/USBC plugs in each room. With airconditioning throughout, the apartment is a cool oasis after a day on one of the award winning beaches of Lagos. For those staying during the winter months there is also a dehumidifier for your ultimate comfort.
Just 5 minutes walk from the beach and marina you are in the heart of the city centre. The old town is also just a 5 minute walk away where you can explore the local history and find numerous local restaurants to try out the traditional Portuguese cuisine.
There is a large balcony with a stunning view accross the marina and out to Meia Praia. Watch the sun rise over the ocean before embarking on a day filled with all the exciting activities the area has to offer.

## Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the heart of the city of Lagos in a traditionally Portuguese street. The cobbled streets of the old town of Lagos are 5 minutes walk away.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical center, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
## Transit
You can reach Lagos in about one hour by car from Faro Airport and car rental is available in the parking lot of the airport. By train it will take about 2,5 to 3 hours.
Lagos has a train station (for travel towards Faro, Lisbon and Porto) and a bus station (for buses towards the west-side of the south coast) but do note that buses and trains only go a few times per day. You can easily get around without a car and there are plenty of taxis and Ubers available, but if you really want to explore the area surrounding Lagos, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier.

Beautiful, bright, spacious apt with a fantastic view! Enjoy sunrise from the deck, overlooking the marina, and don’t forget to look out the bedroom windows to catch the light on the white homes behind the apt. Really beautiful! Great location - easy to marina, beaches, old town, bars and restaurants… everything. We really loved staying here!

The property itself was absolutely lovely! It was in a fabulous location to venture out and explore and very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend and will go back my next visit.
