Introducing Beach and Racquet B105, known as Driftwood Dream. A delightful first-floor condo with views of the bay! Nestled a stone's throw away from the pool and beach on Tybee Island's North end, this coastal retreat provides everything you need for a blissful vacation by the sea.
Step into the open-plan living area and enjoy views of the Savannah River just beyond the natural dunes. The comfortable living area features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator. There is countertop seating for 2. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV.
Guests will also enjoy a furnished private balcony, where you will enjoy watching ships and shrimp boats pass you by. The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
It is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills, bike racks, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.

The listing was fairly accurate. The beach was very nice and uncrowded. Definitely a 10/10 if location and a quite getaway is what you want. I would have given 10/10 but I knocked it down to 7.5/10. There are a couple of structural issues. The balcony has several rotted boards that give way when walking or standing on it. My husband builds homes and looked below to confirm. There is also a weak spot under the tub you can feel giving way. Overall the unit is decent shape and nicely appointed, but the rotted decking especially is a safety issue.
