About this house rental
Welcome to our modern VRBO home, ideally located just a short walk away from Barsness Park, and the Public Beach & Boat Landing. Relax by our private 20-ft beach, and have a fire while you watch the sunset! This cozy home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for families or friends seeking to get away. Our property's excellent proximity to town ensures that you can easily explore and enjoy all the local attractions, dining spots, and shopping areas. Close to everything!
The space
**Please note, we do not currently have a dock, can pull boat up to beach and use public landing just down the road**
Main level bedroom has queen size bed. This is located next to the bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs consist of loft. This has two twin size beds and a full size bed.
Guest access
Guest have access to main level and loft. Basement is closed off for supplies/storage.
Other things to note
Very close proximately to most everything. Two-minute walk to our beach to enjoy the beautiful Lake Minnewaska waters. Park your boat right up on the beach. Boat landing and public beach is a block away, and Barsness Park has a bunch of activities including the new splash pad for the kiddos!! Glenwood is the home of Waterama (last full weekend every July) and Winterama (2nd weekend in February). Be sure to check out our Guest Guide for additional local information! Please note this is a new property, which has some work needed on the outside entrance staircase - take care in using the existing cement steps that display erosions on the ends, and do not have a railing. Additionally, the driveway is somewhat steep to get up to the very top to the entrance and firepit area

Stayed the weekend with my sister, very chill weekend and the house had everything we needed. Great location and we were very comfortable! Thank you for our wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back
