About this house rental
Bring your boat and delight in the water views. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront home is the perfect getaway. As you enter the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer for added convenience. The second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 more bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. With sleeping arrangements on both floors, there is room for the whole family. The living room is a great area to relax in after a long day at the beach. With sliding glass doors in both the living room and dining room, you can catch the water views whether on the couch or eating a meal. The home has seating in the dining room, on the deck, and in the 3 season room. All 3 areas have fabulous views of the waterways that you can enjoy while dining. The master bedroom with additional couch is located on the first floor overlooking the water. You can sip your morning coffee on the couch in the privacy of your own room while you watch the morning boats float out to the bay. Both the upper and lower deck have views of the bay and Ocean City skyline. The boat dock is yet another bonus. You can bring your boat and head out to sea for a day of fishing, tubing, or sightseeing. If you prefer to dine out, you can take your boat to one of the many dock and dine restaurants in Ocean City. There is an additional fee to use the power source for your boat. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. Great property with fantastic views in every direction. The large yard worked well with our dog. Amenities in the house were good. It had everything we needed. The house was super clean, which was appreciated, especially being at the end of the rental season. Truly enjoyed ourselves.

This home was beautiful and clean in a convenient location. Right on the bay with cool bay breezes at night, it was perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. We fit a large family with plenty of room for friends to stop by. The boat dock worked perfectly for family to use waterways instead of driving to come and visit. Check in/out and amenities were great and the home has everything you need to accommodate meals and an activities. Ocean Pines has everything you need close by without a crowded feel. We enjoyed our time at this home and would definitely love to stay here again!
