This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

Revel in the luxuries of The Fountains Resort surrounding the serene natural setting of Lake Eve located along International Drive, just minutes away from theme park fun. Our villas are richly appointed with all the comforts of home, and a decor so elegantly designed focused on water, lake or pool views.
Approximately 1,190 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey Two-Bedroom Suite features 1 King Bed in the masters bedroom, 2 Twin Beds in the guest room, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living area including a kitchen, dining room and two separate bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants, unit best suited for families.
Additional amenities include: internet access, cable television, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, dish washer, balcony, microwave, oven, refrigerator, iron/ ironing board, washer/ dryer and stove/ range.
The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to The Fountains Resort is Orlando International (MCO) which is 16 miles by car respectively.
Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at The Fountains Resort we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation, including boat trailer parking.
*** Pet Policy ***
No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine.
*** Smoking Policy ***
No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.
ATTENTION!
The resort does not permit the use of hoverboards, skateboards, rollerblades/skates or bikes. There is a Florida State law that prohibits the use of a drone to capture an image of privately owned property or the owner, tenant, or occupant of such property without consent if a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.
