Approximately 1,190 square feet, this spaciously warm and homey Two-Bedroom Suite features 1 King Bed in the masters bedroom, 2 Full Bed(s) in the guest room, 1 Sofa bed in the living area including a kitchen, dining room and two separate bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupant.

These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. ET, and check-out time is 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport to The Fountains Resort is Orlando International (MCO) which is 16 miles by car respectively.
Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.
Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at The Fountains Resort we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

On site parking at no charge. One vehicle per unit. Resort prohibits parking of boats, RVs and trailers.

No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.
ATTENTION!
The resort does not permit the use of hoverboards, skateboards, rollerblades/skates or bikes. There is a Florida State law that prohibits the use of a drone to capture an image of privately owned property or the owner, tenant, or occupant of such property without consent if a reasonable expectation of privacy exists.

Great stay for myself, husband, mother in law, and 5 year old.
Pools are great, plenty of hot tub options when the pools get too cold this time of year.
Impeccably clean room. Beds were cozy and comfortable: could use an extra blanket for each room.
Have the kitchen basics you need.
The coffee maker is old and barely runs. Turns itself off before it brews, likely has never been cleaned. Replace please!!!
This room desperately needs a new one since the walk to the activity center if you wanted to buy a cup of coffee takes at least 10 minutes.
Loved having washer and dryer and a couple of laundry pods available. Could have used more dishwasher pods. But that was easy to hand wash.
Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Some of the random guests were a little pushy in wanting to know if we were owners of the timeshares and what we thought.
Overall great stay. Close to everything!! 10 min sea world. 10 min to Disney springs. Would stay again 10x over.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had two different groups who stayed in two different buildings and we just had the time of our lives it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend staying at the fountains again.

We disappoint to learn this was a timeshare resort and were aggressively pushed prior to arrival to go to a "meeting" to discuss the buying into the timeshare. We refused and the friendly attitude of the person changed completely. This happened again when we arrived at the resort. Though we were told the unit was ready, when we arrived at the door they were still cleaning it. The unit did not look like the pictures and was outdated and not well cleaned. There was not cleaning during our stay. The description/listing of the resort and unit as well as not disclosing this is a timeshare property is misleading to Vrbo customers. The location was good but there are plenty of other properties to choose from in this area. We will not stay here again.
