It's nestled away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Full kitchen with stainles steel appliances, dining area plus counter top seating with 2 stools make cooking and dining in a breeze.
The living room is comfortable. There are 3 smart TVs with Roku devices. Simply log in to your streaming accounts to enjoy your favorite shows.
Ceiling fans in all rooms and the screened outdoor patio.
Laundry room has full washer and dryer.
Close to great local and national restaurants, 3 golf courses, IMAX movie theater, a trampoline park, a state park, and a waterfront park with a small beach, splash pad and running trails. A local winery offers tours, tastings and weekly outdoor events with food and live music. A shopping plaza including grocery store, bank, UPS store, etc. less than half a mile away. Wal-Mart and 2 pharmacies within 5 minutes’ drive.
10 miles to Disney/18 miles to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and International Drive attractions.

We provide many starter items, including cleaning and laundry products, paper towels, soap/body wash, toilet paper, paper towels and fresh linens.
We can recommend a private chef to come and prepare a special meal, or a company to prepare a picnic basket for use in the huge back yard.
For longer stays, additional cleanings are available at the listed fee.

You will have exclusive access to all areas of the house except the garage. Free parking in driveway.
