Easy access from Hwy 27
The second toilet did not flush properly. The plumber came once with the wrong part and the issue was never fixed. It took five or more flushes to remove everything from the bowl. Very unsanitary and annoying.
Found toilet brush soiled with feces from previous occupants :(
Only 2 of the combined 8-10 pots & pans were not warped therefore creating hot-spots while cooking.
Livingroom couch extremely worn-out with sagging cushions creating back pain.
Shower curtain stained/discolored.
Art-Deco chairs stained.
Some electrical wiring not to code.
Sealant around the toilet bowl dirty & cracked.
Hand-held shower not securely connected to the wall.
Light in microwave not working.
One of the 3 LED lights not working and the remote for those lights doesn't work either
Overall - no attention to detail.
Owner soliciting for a 5 Star rating on a poster.....
