About this house rental
The most comfortable and convenient space in Bryan/College Station. Aspen is located just blocks from restaurants and shopping off of University Drive. The townhouse community is quiet, with dedicated parking and a swimming pool for those hot summers. Each bedroom has a King Bed, huge Flat Screen TVs and one bedroom even has its own balcony for sipping your morning coffee or winding down the day with your favorite glass of wine overlooking the serene greenbelt. You’ll be located 2 miles (4 minutes) from the Texas A&M campus and centrally located to all points in Bryan/College Station.

It was exactly as advertised and couldn’t have been better for a football weekend in college station. Close to everything for a great price.

The condo was clean, just needed some extra TP that we could not find and the dishwasher needs to be secured to the counter.

We rented as opposed to booking a hotel room. We were there for our daughters volleyball tournament. Very basic and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Was not 100% comfortable with the back door. It did not having any kind of covering over it, so we draped a blanket over the window while we stayed, and it has glass panes with a one lock. It's probably 100% me being overly worried with traveling and staying in an unfamiliar area. It would have just made me feel a little more safe for someone not to be able to look into the house while standing at the back door. Overall, would stay again.
