Additional sleeping arrangements include a convenient twin-sized folding bed, and a couch, allowing the overall sleeping capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
The second modern bathroom is conveniently located along the hallway for shared use.
For the BBQ enthusiasts, a BBQ pit is available. Note that charcoal may need to be purchased separately.

Host was kind enough to be flexible with our check-in. He warned us that the neighborhood was a bit messy due to reno, uninhabited, etc. But it did not effect our stay. We were comfortable, great water pressure, everything we needed for our one night.

The house was in a great location with comfortable beds and a large, comfortable couch. It was perfect for an Aggie football weekend, and we'll definitely try to stay again.
