We had an excellent stay.

The place was very nice. The staff was kind and attentive. Maria was great! Everything was well worth the price. Quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful suite and property overall, great breakfast and lovely staff

Gorgeous property and suite. Love the special touch of the beach towels gift on arrival, and free drinks by the pool. Lovely staff, amazing breakfast in the outdoor dining area over looking the pool. Small boutique group of villas and suites, just perfect for quiet and relaxing holiday for a couple.

Fabulous property. Beautiful staff .Loved everything

We were blown away by this beautiful property. We were picked up at the ferry terminal and driven to the property and were greeted by a host. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a private villa with our own swimming pool. Everything was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was beautiful, and you could choose a selection of meals from the menu. The staff could not be more helpful and so friendly. The location was a short and pleasant walk along a small beach to the main town where all the restaurants and bar are. We loved this place and would definitely recommend this property and hopefully return one day. Thanks for the memories

Amazing staff, very kind people and great facilities

Everything was amazing! it’s brand new hotel with really welcoming staff! We felt really cared about everything in the hotel and our stay! it’s 10 minutes from the Nausa by walking distance! Really delightful! Also food and drinks was really tasty! 10/10! I will definitely be back one day :)

Exceptional

Complimentary breakfast included with our stay was absolutely delicious, some of the best meals we had in Paros. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the town of Naoussa, which was a perfect way to get a little bit of movement in daily. We really appreciated the tranquil vibe of the resort, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. It was the definition of relaxing. All staff went above and beyond, was extremely friendly and so accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone else!

Beautiful and relaxing hotel with easy access to the beach and Naoussa

Beautifully designed room with a great private pool terrace. Amazing pool and lounge area and in a great location where you can walk to the beach and into the town of Naoussa. Also convenient for getting around to the rest of the island. The staff was always kind, helpful, and available, and the girl who served breakfast gave us some great recommendations of where to visit around the island. Vagelis kindly made himself available on WhatsApp and helped us with renting a car, transfer to and from the port, and any other questions we had during our stay. The provided breakfast (which had many options available to order) and the other food and drinks we had at the pool restaurant were all delicious! Especially loved the cocktails Highly recommend the hotel and Naoussa! :)

Exquisite place to stay. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. The staff and owners are kind, inviting and personable. The views over the city are beautiful. It’s a short walk into Naoussa along the beachfront.

Lovely grounds, but still getting up and running. Do not expect a luxury stay here. Not worth the price at all.

As pictured, the grounds are beautiful. Vagilis and his wife Maria are lovely people. It’s located just outside of town so you can walk to Noussa but it’s also quiet and peaceful. The food at the hotel is excellent.

Do NOT expect a luxury stay here. This is run like an air bnb. The things you might expect do not exist. There is no front desk staff. The Wi-Fi on the property does not work. There were many days where I did not have towels (i had to walk to the pool to take towels for a shower). There are no robes, no toiletry kits (qtips, shower cap, face cottons etc). I had staff walk into my hotel room when I was not wearing clothes (i asked them to come back later) but they insisted they needed to see if I had used anything from the mini bar overnight, so I was wrapped in a blanket in my room when this woman looked in my fridge. They are a new property — there is still construction going on and the staff is not equipped to run a luxury hotel.

Wonderful boutique property. Owner and staff were most welcoming and helpful. Tastefully decorated and appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Would suggest having "beach amenities" available for guests to check out (perhaps a nice beach bag with towels, beach chairs and an option for a picnic lunch/snacks). Location is convenient to Naoussa.

Lovely stay, great service, super staff. 5 star experience!

Quiet, nice and clean rooms. The pool is also very nice and the property is close to Little Santa Maria Beach (not to be confused with the rowdy Santa Maria beach) a very nice, calm and quiet beach. The staff are exceptional at all levels, from the check in to check out the process was excellent (including allowing to use the room until we had to leave for our flight as the room wasn’t booked. That’s never happened!)

Stay here when in Paros and you will have the best experience ever

The lovely couple owners and their impeccable hospitality stands out at Kosmitis, and is only complemented by the amazing attentiveness, the tiresome efforts and smiles of their staff, who are all taking customer service to a totally new level. We feel we’ve made friends while staying at the property and had the most magical time. You can tell when a property is spotless when you don’t want to leave, and this is the case with Kosmitis. The chef and the bar staff are incredibly talented, and the food and cocktails super tasty, fresh and keeping everything close to traditional Greek gastronomy. Property is also quiet, secluded and has all you need, while just a 10-15 min walk from Naoussa’s nightlife, restaurants and shops. Can’t recommend enough for your stay in Paros.

- Absolutely beautiful new property. An oasis in Naousa! - Every member of staff was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Huge thanks to Vagelis and Eva who really made our stay so enjoyable. No request was too much! - Really good location, just a 10 minute walk into town - Our room was a really good size, with a couch and outdoor seating area - The food was fantastic and they have a great selection of wines from Paros wineries

Sehr schön, ruig und komfortabel.

Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir hatten eine Villa in der es auch eine eigene Küche gibt. Auch dort alles top eingerichtet. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Nach Naoussa ist es zu Fuss etwa 15 Minuten, aber durch das ist man nicht mitten im Gewühl und Lärm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit sowie auch der Besitzer der Unterkunft. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
