The property inside was clean and nice. The beds had comfortable mattresses and wonderful silk sheets! The bathrooms were clean, as was the kitchen. The kitchen, however, did not have many cooking condiments/spices if you’re there to cook. But we weren’t. Probably the only really bad thing I have to say about the property is that the backyard was not very useful as all of the outdoor cushions had massive bird doo doo and dog fur on them. Also, our door code did not work when we arrived about three hours after check-in. Fortunately, we were able to contact the host and get a new door code that worked right away.

Our family of six adults and one toddler had a very pleasant stay here for four nights over Thanksgiving week. The house is very clean and well-appointed for a modern traveler - charging stations in each bedroom, streaming TV in the living room and master bedroom, washer and dryer. Very generous welcome basket and travel toiletries. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and glasses, Keurig coffee maker (which is perfect for a guest house), dishwasher... but a bit shy on cookware/utensils (check available tools before you decide to cook a meal). A Sprouts Market is literally three minutes away, although the house is very privately tucked back in a little residential neighborhood (tidy houses, all). The backyard has a couple of seating areas and gas firepits, sandbox, cornhole. Parking in the driveway and on the street. We will definitely stay here again if we all go together and the family home (less than a mile way) is already overflowing with holiday relatives.

If you're considering this place, don't hesitate! This house was a perfect match for our family. We stayed 2 weeks while our home was being remodeled and our family of 5 and pet stayed comfortably. We loved the layout and amenities this house had to offer. The backyard was delightful and was a perfect space for a morning coffee! The house backs up to a wooded area that gave great shade and privacy. The owner and Evolve was extremely responsive and worked very well to accommodate our request to extend our reservation. VERY pleasant experience. The home was clean and spacious. Full dressers and closet space in each room was great. The washer / dryer was a plus. The ac worked extremely well in the hot Texas summer heat. No complaints whatsoever. We enjoyed many family movie and game nights with our family. Thank you!
