About this apartment rental
In Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, we offer this charming 140 m² flat with mountain views and ski station within walking distance, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Located on the 8th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 50 m² living room with TV and WIFI, sofa...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2 and 3: bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite shower room
First floor
- A relaxation area
- Bedroom 4: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A balcony of around 8m² for each ground-floor bedroom
- A 70 m² terrace with furniture as well as a pierrade and an electric barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :

- Nearest train station: Chamonix-Mont-Blanc train station 24 km away (about 28 minutes by car)
