About this house rental
Modern home, designer finishes, in great historic downtown neighborhood. We’re across the street from Town Branch Distillery & quick walk to RUPP ARENA, LEXLive, & the heart of downtown.
Restaurants, bars, & concert venues are a quick uber ride and MANCHESTER ST (Distillary District) is right around the corner.
KEENELAND and the airport are a 10-15 min drive. UK Campus is a few blocks away.
On site parking. Smart tv, wine cooler, + a cozy outdoor space w string lights & a fire pit!

Modern home built in 2016. Has hardwood throughout, plenty of natural light and beautiful views of trees and plants. The interior is clean, cozy, and stylish with designer finishes. The outdoor space is equally cozy with string lights, comfy seating, and an outdoor firepit.
Guest access
4 outdoor decks (front and back each level), washer and dryer, two parking spaces. We zip tie shut one hall closet and a few cabinets with personal items. The rest of the space is yours!
COME EARLY (12:00 check-in) and STAY LATE (2:00 check-out)!

Michele was incredibly helpful while we were traveling with a newborn, and the house is terrific. Parking is limited to two cars, which can be a little tricky if you have guests. We asked ours to park nearby on Manchester Street, an easy 4-minute walk.Downtown Lexington is very easy to reach. One morning, we enjoyed a simple walk to coffee at Lussi Brown, wandered through the downtown district, and strolled through Gatton Park before heading back.Manchester Street also takes you into the Distillery District and out toward the Secretariat Statue, which marks the start of some beautiful horse country. If you have time, the small town of Midway is a lovely stop as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, and we especially loved relaxing on the deck and gathering around the gas fire pit as a family.

We had a terrific stay over a long weekend visiting Lexington. The house, location and owners were simply amazing. Everything you could possibly need was in the house. The communication was top notch. We would highly recommend the property and will definitely return and stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Excellent decor, comfortable beds, amenities were top notch. We will 100% be back soon.
Great for downtown dinners, UK football games, basketball, keeneland, or just a quick weekend get away.
