About this house rental
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make this private home your perfect desert getaway. The home has an outdoor fire pit, gas BBQ, indoor and outdoor dining tables, and a gorgeous pool and spa.
House includes a fully stocked kitchen (including a regular coffee maker) and large dining area great for gathering or playing board games.
Enjoy the privacy of your own pool or dine alfresco with a fully equipped outdoor gas BBQ.
There are TVs in each bedroom and all have cable access.
Washer and dryer are provided as well- please bring your own detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay!
The home is about 10 miles from the festivals - Coachella Fest and Stagecoach! We are also about 20 miles from Palm Springs airport and downtown Palm Springs.

OWNERS WILL NOT HELD LIABLE TO RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR THEFT TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY ON OR ABOUT THE PREMISES. RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.
-If you are interested in having the pool heated, please contact us before your stay. A $75 per night fee will be added.
-Up to 2 small dogs are allowed for $100/pet per stay.
-The gardener comes on Wednesday mornings.
-The pool man comes on Monday and Thursday afternoon.
-For our guest's protection, we have a Ring doorbell camera. There are deactivated cameras in the backyard that have also been covered.

Property is in a great location and is well stocked. The outdoor area is ideal for those looking for sun/pool/grilling. The property management team was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at "The Dez". A few things were missing when we arrived but a quick text and they were delivered in a very timely manner. Located in a great area close to things and a lovely patio for relaxing and visiting.

The best thing about this place is the manager, Megan. There were numerous problems and whenever it was possible, she worked on it. Most of the time I wasn’t able to control the thermostat. Had to call Megan numerous times. The entire house and furnishing desperately needs updating. The living room couch is very old and it smells. Had to cover the couch with towels so my body wouldn’t touch it!Mattresses are very poor and guest bedrooms are in poor condition. Remnants of dog hair and dirt throughout, including the couch!Very old washer and dryer. Only one cycle worked. Window shutters are old, dirty and most are broken. Trash compactor filthy and wouldn’t use. Overall, there is no pride of ownership at this house. The pool and spa were nice but landscaping is very poor, as is this house!
