La Maison Bleue Coulée - on private and quiet property 100 m from the beach.
We offer for rent, in the town of Saint-François, this charming house facing the beach of the coulée by crossing the street, with an area of 36 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It is composed of a pretty living room of 15 m², an open fitted kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 700 m².
TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and beach towel included.
The single-storey dwelling is composed as follows:
- A south-facing living room of 15 m² with TV and dining area accommodating 4 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1 air-conditioned and facing North: a double bed (140×200).
- Bedroom 2 air-conditioned and facing North: two single beds (90x200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside:
- A sheltered terrace, facing South, of 12 m² with furniture.
- An enclosed and private garden of 700 m².
- Parking and electric gate.
- Outdoor shower "beach exit".
- Barbecue.
- A drinking water reserve completes the description.
- Roller shutters in the 2 bedrooms.
- Blinds on the terrace
Environment and activities:
You are a 2-minute walk from the famous Le Colombo restaurant.
About 4km from the site of the Pointe des Châteaux.
A 7-minute drive from the shops and the center of Saint François.
Close to the golf course and the flying club.

Very green environment, beautiful garden.

Wonderful stay in this house, beautiful as in the photos in the ad.
I highly recommend this tranquil place just steps from the ocean.
