About this house rental
Unique, 2 separate levels. Great for multiple families or large group. Private 150ft of lakefront. Situated on the beautiful and clear waters of the Gravois Arm. Views for miles. Parking for 4-5 vehicles. Central heat /AC. Multiple decks and outdoor entertainment spaces with a fire pit. Lower level 2 Queen bed studio, kitchenette, full bath, TV, glassed in and air conditioned window room, 3 futons, washer/dryer and dining table. Upstairs has 2 Queen bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen-dining room, sectional sofa, TV, and fireplace. Additional screened in front porch with 2 outdoor sofas and a TV. Sleeps 10. Great crappie, bass, and catfishing off of the huge private 2 well dock. One covered boat slip for use with your stay. Luxurious outdoor flagstone floor shower with rain shower head, 5 kayaks, 2 large swim platforms with ladders for swimming/sunbathing, chairs for the dock, a paddle boat, 3 children kayaks, 2 adult kayaks are all included with this private lake getaway! Plenty of room to park your boat trailer. Boat ramp and boat rental near by. Minutes by boat or car to popular lakeside resturants such as Lake Burger, Coconuts and Jolly Rogers. Come enjoy a relaxing lake of the Ozarks vacation!

Our stay was amazing. House was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. Host was amazing as well. We were able to store our boat at the dock which made the stay that much better! Fishing and swimming off the dock was a great time! Loved the fact that the lower level was completely separate from the upper level as it provides more privacy to a larger family with all adults. Highly recommend this place! Plenty of bass, crappie, catfish, & blue gill to catch right from the water in the backyard. Close enough to many marinas and restaurants on the water which makes the place that much better!

We had a great time! This place was above and beyond for the entertainment factor - kayaks, paddle boat, 2 swim docks, fire pit, indoor and outdoor porches, grill, awesome spot on the lake! Very responsive host. Kitchen had all we needed, lots of supplies. Sleeps 10 - and if you have 10 like we did, it’s cozy.

Very clean and well stocked home. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Dock was amazing. Owner was very kind and quick to respond if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place in Gravois Mills! It is an about a 20-25 minute drive to Lake of the Ozarks but we didn't mind. There was some cute places to eat there in Gravois Mills (Lake Burger was lots of fun! They had Bingo one night and a little water park for the kids. And the food was really good! We also ate at the Lil Bass Hole. It was good too! )We went to Lake of the Ozarks one night for our anniversary. We loved the dock and ladders for the grands to swim. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. It is a nice arm of the lake that isn't as busy. We rented a pontoon boat one day and the rental place isn't very far so they bring it to the dock for you at no extra charge! We all loved the outside shower! It was a cool feature! The other bathrooms were small but ok. The one downstairs kind of reminded me of an outhousey type of bathroom. We really didn't like how the house was broke up with the top and bottom part. Having to go outside to get to the other part, but I am sure some families would love that! Jay, the host was great! He answered all my questions before and during stay in a very timely and kind manner. It was a nice, relaxing vacation!
