• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

We had a wonderful time! The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. I would definitely book the property again and would recommend the lake house to anyone.

Very spacious home with many amenities. Wi-Fi was unreliable (very remote location). Pictures on VRBO do not clearly show amount of stairs involved. I am handicapped and had difficulty. This is a great place for active family. Lots of room and comfort.

The house was spacious and we had an adventurous fishing getaway with the family. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace almost every evening. Our visit was in late-March, the off season. Outside: The property seemed to have taken a beating from the outdoor elements. Some things were ripped like the umbrella on the deck, the hammock, and a couple of the outdoor chairs. The gravel driveway was treacherous and I would recommend only if you have AWD, which our van did not. The stairs to get to the dock as well as the concrete landing at the bottom of the stairs were uneven - there is a large crack and tripping hazard at the bottom of the stairs. Also, fyi - the land across the lake from the house is being developed so it was a bit noisy outside with the excavators.Inside: Although we reserved the house a month in advance, the house did not seem ready for renters. When we first arrived the house smelled musty, and the dishwasher had not been run by the previous renter. They left non-pre rinsed plates and utensils in the dishwasher that were covered in mold and we discovered dirty, used wine glasses in the cabinet. Internet was a bit hit or miss too.We aired out the house, and cleaned the kitchen. As a said before, it was spacious and met our needs.
