Spacious, light-filled home in tranquil and convenient location

Clean and lovely 4 bedroom home with plenty of room for large family gatherings. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with so many of the flowers blooming during our visit that it was breath taking. We loved the daily visits from the bunnies in the area and the property grounds were well cared for. Bathrooms were well stocked with necessities as was the kitchen with cooking spices, pots and daily dishware. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds and appreciated that fans were available for those of us with warmer temperaments. We needed a bedroom downstairs for the senior in our party and this property accommodated that well for us however the steps to get into the entrance were much taller than we realized and were a bit challenging for her when she was already tired - so just note that if you have someone with mobility issues. The large kitchen area table where we could eat or gather to play games and do puzzles was a big benefit for our gang. The location was perfect for the places that we wanted to visit during day trips and we found everything we needed shopping and eating wise to be just a short trip. We had an amazing trip and would stay here again!

This house was great for a family gathering…no party, just a few seniors meeting. There are two large areas with sofas etc. and an enclosed sunroom. A long dining table in kitchen to seat 7 or 8. Kitchen was large with all we needed to prepare meals: cook and baking ware, all utensils, modern ref & stove. Bosch dishwasher etc. all bedrooms are upstairs except one (2/twin beds) it’s a home from the 70’s? And shows a little wear, but is clean. Beds were comfy. Clean linens.

This property has a lot of potential. But there are some things that need immediate attention. One bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and bathmat, some outlets seemed to be worn out, the kitchen faucet was very loose and hard to use, the bathroom vent fans were very noisy, and the carpet needed a good cleaning. This is a lovely house and in a great location. It was wonderful to have 3 full baths, the rooms are all a nice size with plenty of room for a family.
