Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of 250€ if there is evidence such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts).
•Online registration: guest data must be registered independently through our own platform before arrival
•Check-in: autonomous with digital lock and/or access keys.
•Access codes: provided on the day of check-in, after the apartment is ready and the online registration is correctly completed.
Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.
Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of 90€ for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.
Apartment access with elevator (we are not responsible for elevator malfunctions). There are stairs to the elevator.

Great location, very close to the beach, supermarket and many other amenities in Matosinhos, which is very pretty. Very close to the tube station, though we used a hire car. I would not advise using the buses, they are not reliable at all. The bottle of wine was a kind, lovely gesture from the landlord and the assistance from him was good too, which is what would make me visit it again.
Plumbing can be checked more regularly as the shower, upon use, was with its drain clogged. We had to sort it out ourselves because we needed to shower in order to hit the road to our next booked adventure and wouldn't anyone visiting the flat while we were out (personal belongings). The remote for the parking garage was not working properly (maybe batteries). Also I would kindly advise to sort out some of the wiring (light bulb in one of the rooms as well as one or two sockets with exposed wires). Overall, it was a lovely stay and the host was very attentive. It is just that we did not want to spend any of our holiday time fixing these little things. Thank you ever so much for the great hospitality.
