Phòng không đúng hình. Mình nhận phòng là phòng ở tầng trệt quá ồn . Khi đặt trong hình là phòng có balcony nhưng nhận lại là 1 phòng kính không có không gian mở .
Khăn thì ngã màu vàng. Nệm gra giường chắc cũng quá lâu
Thật sự rất thất vọng !
Comment của mình hy vọng mọi người sẽ có trải nghiệm tốt ở nơi khác và khách sạn nếu thấy đc thì mong sẽ cải thiện

Absolutely amazing place to live in the city center, convenient as surrounded by many restaurants and shops, even the chicken soup next to it is wonderful. THE BEST HERE IS THE SERVICE AND THE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFFS AND OWNER! Highly recommended

The hotel itself seems to be new enough, with modern facilities but if you go into detail, it just gets really disappointing. The room was large, but cleaning didn't have attention to detail. Had clothes from other people still in the room. The bedsheets didn't seem clean. The mattress itself was EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were bad and even when we asked for pillows, they weren't very helpful about it. Bathroom floor was dangerously slippery. No rubber mat provided. Had to use a towel. They didn't replace the towels we used to dry off, who h is unfortunate because Dalat weather doesn't really allow for proper drying. On top of that there was ridiculous construction around the area. Not a good place to wake up, or walk around. No credit card payment option on site. Staff didn't speak English (but we used Google translate) and were not very welcoming. Very very disappointed. P

The hotel was fine. Clean and well located. However the staff were useless. 90% of the time there was nobody there (during the daytime) whenever we or other customers needed them we had to chase them down. The receptionist didn't take her phone with her and when we rang the number we could hear her mobile phone ringing at the desk and a number of times we had to wait up to 15/20 mins for her to return. Once I can deal with but three or four times is an inconvenience.
