Chalet des Roches Roche d'Oëtre Suisse Normande

Beautiful cottage, tastefully furnished and very well equipped in a beautiful and peaceful location. The balcony overlooking the valley was a wonderful place to relax and to eat whilst enjoying the view and the incredible birdsong. Very full information about things to do and places to visit, and about the house, were provided. There were many local walking trails within easy reach of the cottage. It was a beautiful area we had not heard of before but it was well worth visiting. We would recommend stocking up on basic supplies before arrival as the nearest shops are about 5 miles away in Pont d'Ouilly where the boulangerie and epicerie are highly recommended. There is also a small supermarket and butchers. We didn't use our car very much but I think it would be a good base for people who want to explore the area further.

L’emplacement proche à pied de la roche d’oetre. Le salon confortable et chaleureux. La belle terrasse avec vue sur la vallée. Échanges avec la propriétaire et cadeaux de bienvenue.

Peut-être un manque d’ustensiles de cuisine adaptés, d’un porte manteau et d’une table à langer en cas de bébé mais sinon tout était parfait.

Le chalet des Roches nous a offert nature et confort. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation du gîte, proche de plusieurs sentiers de randonnée. Nos promenades ont permis de découvrir cette belle région de Suisse Normande. Le gîte est accueillant et plein de charme, très bien équipé. Les échanges avec les propriétaires, par messages téléphoniques, ont été attentionnés et chaleureux.

Het enige wat storend was was een luidruchtige buurman die elke avond laat luidruchtig aan de telefoon zat. De laatste avond/nacht kreeg hij ook nog visite met een hoop gebler midden in de nacht.
