Logement de type "chalet" vaste et bien équipé tant en vaisselle qu'en électroménager. L'accès au lac est très facile à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La disposition des pièces "nuit" sont bien séparées des pièces de vie. Le salon composé de plusieurs canapés est très agréable. La grande table carrée permet à toute la famille de s'installer confortablement. Le petit salon extérieur est agréable.
L'éclairage de nuit est réservé à la partie supérieure. La partie où est installée la grande table ne bénéficie pas d'éclairage. Cette disposition est voulue par le propriétaire pour éviter les nuisances nocturnes et préserver les voisins.
