It was a very small (and we are not big, fat people) and unconfortable bed.
There was no air conditioner (the temperature was 36 C outside) .. very unconfortable to stay or sleep ..
The windows were not fitted with mosquito screens ..
There were not enough basic essentials provided, such as toilet paper and paper towels (we srayed for 10 days and we bought all the necessay things)...
Very noisy street (except for sundays).
The apartment had not been properly cleaned. There were hairs on the bed, food left in the refrigerator by previous guests, a smell of garbage, dirty cutlery, and a frying pan with used oil left in the oven...

Clean, compact and very well organized apartment.
Washing machine, balcony and car parking.
Perfect for a family or four.
We stayed there only for one night but will definitely stay there when we come next time in Memmingen.

Great location, having a supermarket just across the apartment is very convenient. Underground parking is also very convenient especially since there was a lot of snow which could have effected our travel plans if our car was parked outside. The apartment in general is equipped with all you need and very modern interior.
Pillows need an upgrade and better cleaning.
