Location is the best ! Super spacious apartment.

The main bathroom needs some improvement (shower curtain/ hook for towels/ but nothing that change my opinion regarding this amazing property.

La posizione dell'appartamento è davvero super. Vicinissima a Ponte Vecchio affianco alla piazza del quartiere di Santo Spirito. Ci siamo mossi esclusivamente a piedi per visitare la città. L'appartamento è dotato di ascensore, che per noi era fondamentale. È molto spazioso e ben arredato con tutto il necessario. Host molto gentile, ottima comunicazione

Un pochino rumoroso per via dei baretti e localini sotto. Uno dei bagni con doccia non è super funzionale per come è strutturato, però gestibile

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Florence’s Oltrarno district. The building is beautiful and full of character. The apartment is very spacious, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and flexible, which we really appreciated.

You are paying for the location. The apartment itself feels fairly neglected and under-furnished. It needs a little love to be a great place to stay. The beds were uncomfortable, and the floors and wardrobes were dusty. The sofa bed was broken-ish? and unsuitable for adults. The kitchen was poorly stocked for six guests, and the main bathroom is still in disrepair ( including tiles falling off the wall ) despite previous responses saying they are fixed. The space lacked the care and attention you’d expect for the price which was super disappointing.
