Everything was like in the description, the owner gave us a list with good restaurants and shopping location it was very helpfull.

You can see Famagusta right from the balcony, which looks especially nice in the evening when it turns dark. The local fresh fruits and the sea water quality here are super good. The owner was very communicative and always tried to solve any issues quickly.
Farm Smell & Noise: There is an unmentioned farm just 4 meters from the balcony, which brings a smell. You won't need an alarm clock—three roosters will wake you up every morning around 5:30 AM. Pool Safety: The swimming pool was in poor condition with missing tiles, and unfortunately, my child cut their leg on them during their very first steps into the pool.
