About this apartment rental
Kapparis is a quiet coastal village close to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa. It is perfect for a relaxing holiday for families and couples who do not wish to stay in the hustle and bustle of the livelier resorts but may still wish to have access to them. Kapparis Avenue is a 5 min walk where you will find Bars, Restaurants and Supermarkets available. Protaras can be reached with a 5 minute drive. The nearest beach is a 1km walk and much quieter than the larger resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa. The traditional town of Paralimini is also a 5 minute drive and has an abundance of shops and cafes and larger supermarkets.

We found the parking but struggled to find the block we were staying in. Just a note saying block to the left of parking. Pool was a good size. You do need a car to get about, even to the supermarket. I couldn't see the symbols on the dial for the oven but we managed in the end. Beds good.

Very happy with our stay here and we would definitely stay here again the appartment was perfect for our family it was very clean and spacious and very well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday the view of the pool from the appartment was lovely. The location is in a very quiet part of Kapparis with beautiful cove beaches, lovely restaurants and bakeries nearby and only 5 - 10 mins drive from Protaras, Pernera, Paralimni and 15 - 20 mins drive to Ayia Napa a car is required. The water cooler was a bonus and was very nice for a quick cold glass of water and cost less than €1 to fill up the empty 10 litre water tank at the water filling station by the end of the road.
The air conditioning was very good and kept the apartment nice and cool there's also ceiling fans in both the bedrooms which was very good at night when air con is turned off as its not good to sleep with air con on.
The bins are located just outside of the complex across the road.
The complex was spotless the swimming pool is very clean and very well maintained they are up from 5am silently cleaning the resort. It felt so relaxing and comfortable staying here and are very happy for booking this apartment a true home from home holidayexperience. Thank you so much!!!

Fabulous spacious 2 bedroom apartment with pool view., immaculate and very modern . All mod cons with great air conditioning and WiFi.
Property Owner and Management very attentive, accommodating and very very helpful.
Restaurants, bars and beach a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, beach gorgeous.
Paul, property owner helped arrange transfers from and to airport which was gratefully appreciated.
Certainly would request renting again, with the hope of returning next year, 2020.
Thanks for everything and allowing my family and I to rent your fabulous accommodation.

Well what can I say. We left the apartment today and it’s a very sad moment for us as we’ve loved staying there. The apartment is so clean and well equipped with everything you’d need for your stay. It’s easy to keep clean and tidy. The aircon in the living room dripped on occasions but that’s just because it can’t handle the heat of the country so we just turned it off when it started dripping but the ones in the bedrooms were fine. To be honest we didn’t need the aircon on a lot as the apartment stays nice and cool. The veranda is right by the pool. The pool is stunning and is a secure area so strangers can’t come in. You have your own allocated Parking space which is good. At the weekends it gets quite busy as all the locals come and stay in their apartments but they’re no harm. We would definitely book again and in fact are already thinking of dates. The only down side is that there aren’t any tv channels but we had our iPads and didn’t spend enough time there really to sit and watch tv. Thank you to Paul for being so responsive when we needed advice. This is a great holiday apartment. You do need a car though as you’re not that close to anything apart from a couple of little shops
