Appartement bien situé, avec une grande terrasse, décoré avec goût et doté d’un parking. Helen est réactive.

Du fait que ce soit une serrure de type Keypad, il faut jongler avec le boîtier quand on est 2. Le boîtier pourrait être fixé sur la porte pour plus de praticite.

El apartamento ha resultado excelente en todos los sentidos, comodidad, confortabilidad, ubicación, limpieza, enseres de casa, muy bien decorado, con todos los electrodomésticos, vajilla, etc. La comunicación con la propiedad es de primera calidad, comunicación constante, resolución inmediata de dudas, muy implicados en la satisfacción del cliente.

Nada que resaltar en este aspecto, todo ha sido perfecto.

Posizione ottima, tranquilla e ben frequentata. La casa è abbastanza pulita e presenta sia lavatrice che asciugatrice. Il balcone è molto spazioso. Purtroppo l'abitazione è sprovvista di camera da letto, ha solamente un divano letto, grande, ma non comodo come un letto. La cucina ha strumenti molto limitati (per esempio non ci sono coperchi per le pentole). Inoltre, siamo arrivati e la casa era pulita, ma il letto non era fatto e c'erano ancora le lenzuola in asciugatrice. Durante il soggiorno ci è stato chiesto di ritirare un pacco dal corriere sotto casa, richiesta che non ho particolarmente apprezzato. Per ultimo prima del check out, ci è stato chiesto di mettere in lavatrice e iniziare a lavare le lezuola e gli ascugamani che avevamo utilizzato, richiesta che, anche in questo caso, non avevo mai ricevuto e non ho apprezzato. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a bedroom, only a sofa bed, which is large but not as comfortable as a real bed. The kitchen is very limited in terms of equipment (for example, there are no lids for the pots). When we arrived, the house was clean, but the bed was not made and the sheets were still in the dryer. During our stay, we were asked to collect a package from the courier downstairs, which I did not particularly appreciate. Lastly, before check-out, we were asked to put the used sheets and towels in the washing machine and start a wash cycle. This is a request I had never received before and did not find very convenient.
