On the first floor of a secure residence, park your car in the basement, and go up directly by lift.

The accommodation is composed of:
- A large living room with a sofa bed, a TV, WiFi.
- A laundry room where outdoor cushions, a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, a mop, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are stored. You will be able to store your suitcases and other bulky items during your stay.
- A large equipped kitchen with a traditional oven, steam oven, microwave, induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a Nespresso-type coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle.
- A large bedroom with dressing room
- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower with no step, a toilet, and a simple single-basin bathroom vanity.
The entire apartment can be plunged into darkness thanks to its electric roller shutters. Also, it is fully air-conditioned.

- Cleanliness of the accommodation
The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.
Otherwise, additional cleaning fees of €45.00 including VAT per hour commenced may be charged.
- Animals
In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat fee of €300 may be applied.

These events, when they are external to the property and beyond our control, cannot engage the responsibility of the management agency or the owner and cannot give rise to a request for reimbursement, price reduction or compensation, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
In the event of abnormal nuisance or disturbance to public order, we invite travellers to contact the competent authorities (Municipal Police or law enforcement), who are the only ones authorised to intervene, whilst informing us of the situation so that we can, to the extent possible, assist you.
