The Lodge at Tamarron #425

It was not made clear to us when we booked this room that the room and the facilities are separately owned entities and that the Glacier company owns all the facilities and the room owner owns the room only and is not automatically entitled to access to the pools, golf courses, tennis courts, work-out room and restaurants. In our case, this owner has purchased access to these facilities but we didn’t find out until our last day when we wanted to use the golf course. This room owner has that access but it should be clearly stated both in the promotional literature and in the information book located in our room that this is a giant perk. We were too late to get T-time on the course on our last day but access to these Tamarron facilities is a huge advantage for anyone booking this individual’s room.

The room was dirty - period! I have pictures because it was so bad. And when I say dirty, all the surfaces were covered in dust, there were empty bags of chips and snacks behind two dressers and sticking out from underneath the couch, there was what appeared to be kitty litter on the rug so the room hadn’t been vacuumed, it was a mess. Also, the drains in both the kitchen and the bathroom appear to be clogged so that the water doesn’t drain well in either and need to either be snaked or replaced. The sheets didn’t appear to fit the bed properly or they were the wrong size. The glass window had a child’s handprint clearly on it and was so dirty, it was difficult to see out to the spectacular view that this room affords.
